5. Scope and Quality of Work
5.1. All work will be performed with reasonable care, skill, and industry standards.
5.2. Quotes specify the exact scope of work — including demolition, painting, roofing, framing, coating, waterproofing, or maintenance.
5.3. Any changes requested after booking may require a new quote, adjusted costs, and timelines.
5.4. We are not responsible for hidden or pre-existing defects that were not visible or disclosed at the time of booking.
6. Communication and Marketing Consent (CASL & A2P Compliance)
6.1. By contacting us, submitting a form, or booking a Service, you agree to receive operational communications (such as confirmations, invoices, and project updates) that are necessary to deliver your Service.
6.2. You may also choose to opt in to receive marketing communications (promotions, offers, seasonal reminders) by email or SMS.
